Binge drinking is drinking so much at once that your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level is 0.08% or more. For a man, this usually happens after having 5 or more drinks within a few hours. Not everyone who binge drinks has an AUD, but they are at higher risk for getting one. Spain also produces a range of sober house regional liqueurs, each of which has its own special character and tradition, and is enjoyed at various times of the day. For instance, you might want to try a Café licor d’Alcoy; a coffee liqueur from Alicante, or the Ibiza-produced Hierbas ibicenas; a herby liqueur that is commonly consumed as a digestif.

The original recipe includes gin and vodka as well, so beware of the kick! Alternatively, you could just keep it simple and try a red wine mixed with cola – a calimocho.
